Celebrating abilities, not disabilities The I CAN project is inclusive, and diverse and allows the children to take part in activities to their ability/health needs. I CAN GLOUCESTER FOR CHILDREN WITH HEART CONDITIONS AGED 4 YEARS TO 11 YEARS AND THEIR SIBLINGS MEETING ONCE A MONTH.
