Whether you just suspect or are pre/post ADHD diagnosis, as part of your neurodivergence, come along to meet and spend time in a comforting group of like-minded people. You are not alone!
Meet up and share the trials, tribulations, tips and triumphs of living with ADHD.
Receive understanding of how it affects your day to day, family life, your past and share your hopes for the future.
The session will begin with establishing co-created meeting guidelines so everyone feels safe, we will introduce ourselves and ‘check in’, and then we can pick a theme or just flow with whichever tangent we go off on
There will be two of us from our core facilitating team that will be holding the space for each session. We have undergone facilitating training, have expertise in different aspects of Neurodivergence, also experience the struggle with ADHD ourselves and most of us are parents of ND children.
We are here as friends to listen, take responsibility for ourselves and signpost to contacts/organisations outside of the group.
The group is capped at 8 attendees (plus 2 facilitators), to allow the space to be a safe and accessible place with time for all to share, so please only attend if you have a ticket.
We only ask for donations of however much you are able to give, but this is not a requirement to attend. These donations only go towards expenses and future group activities – we are all volunteering our time as peers, to give and receive support.
See you soon!
