Found in the Forest Youth Theatre (FITF) is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all children, young people, staff, volunteers, and audience members. FITF has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, and bullying. Any concerns or complaints should be reported to a member of staff or the designated safeguarding officer. Reports will be handled confidentially and taken seriously.

This policy will be reviewed annually by the FITF team to ensure ongoing effectiveness and alignment with best practices.
