Acting Up! are proud to present our company show case, which will include all students who want to be part of this, from ages 3 up to young adults.
Students will perform a selection of individual pieces – this could be a poem, a piece of prose/section from a favourite story or a monologue. They will also perform devised sketches in groups from their classes.
The event does not have a specific charge, although we will have a donation box in the room on the day, so a contribute towards venue hire would be gratefully accepted. We suggest a donation of £4-£5 per person.
This event would be ideal to come and watch if you have a young person who may like to join Acting Up! but hasn’t made it yet. This way you can meet us, see our ethos and find out what we’re all about.
This show is also good practise for our next big production which is based on the story of Annie and will take place at the Roses Theatre Tewkesbury in June 2026.
