Are you looking to move forward into the world of volunteering or work, but would like to build your skills and resilience first?
Unlock your creativity and enhance your wellbeing with our Art Journaling for Wellbeing course. Join tutor Donna Marshall to discover how art journaling can be a powerful tool for self-care and emotional resilience. No prior art experience necessary!
Where: Bishops Cleeve, Community Building, Church Road, (Off Tesco’s car park)
(For ages 16+ You must be in receipt of ESA, Universal Credit with a sick note or currently entitled to benefits to qualify for this course.)
What you’ll experience:
- Creative Expression: Learn art techniques to express your feelings
- Mindfulness: Incorporate mindfulness exercises to stay present and connected with your inner self
- Meeting others: Feel the benefits of creating alongside others
- Personal Growth: Reflect on your experiences and track your emotional and mental wellbeing through your art journal
- One to one support: Each participant will have the opportunity of moving into the ESHO program after this course with dedicated personalised support moving towards your volunteering or career goals.
