Are you currently unemployed and want to move into work, Education or volunteering, but want to work on your wellbeing first?
Come and join our Creativity wellbeing course. A six-week course that will put you back on track and ready to take the next step.
Where: The Art Shape studio, Brockworth
Tuesdays, 12.00am to 2.30pm on the following dates: October 15th 22nd, 29th, November 5th, 12th, and 19th
This course will help you to:
- Improve your confidence
- Develop skills to deal with stress and anxiety
- Find ways to harness those happy hormones
- Have a safe space to meet others and make connections
- Build a personalised wellbeing plan
- Explore the colour that creativity can bring to your life
