Date: Monday 12th August 2024
Time: 10am – 12 noon Vortex cannons
12.30pm – 2.30pm Indoor Rockets
Where: The George Watson Memorial Hall
65 Barton Street
Tewkesbury

Activities: The first human powered flight was 120 years ago, and aeroplanes and other flying technology has come a long way since then. How objects move through the air is important for engineers to understand. There will be different design and build activities across these sessions all linked to aerodynamics. Make cups fly and create and test an air vortex cannon. Make a paper rocket and see how far you can make it go.
