Connect, Move, Breathe & Share is a programme of outdoor get-togethers. For adults with mild additional support and/or mental health needs who would benefit from social connection.
Events involve a walk, gentle movement exercises and creative activities. We always finish with a social and drink (on us!) from the local café.
Next up is a January 2025 reset at Abbey Grounds!
