Discover New Skills with National Star’s Adult Community Learning Courses

Are you aged 18 or over and have a disability? Explore a range of part-time learning opportunities at National Star, where you’ll receive a warm welcome, plenty of encouragement, and the chance to develop exciting new skills.

Our 14–15 week courses are designed to help you grow in confidence, improve wellbeing, meet new people, and gain valuable life skills—all in a friendly and supportive environment.

Courses include:

  • Swimming
  • Fitness
  • Art & Crafts
  • Ceramics
  • Cookery

Please note: All learners must be accompanied by their own carer or support worker. For swimming courses, support staff must complete a pool induction and bring appropriate swimwear.

Spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so early booking is advised.
