This is an Accessible Yoga class, held
online via Zoom. I will offer options to use a chair, mat, the wall and
other props to ensure you are able to practice in way that best suits
your body and mind, in each moment.
The class will include asanas (physical postures – sometimes
sequences of movement, sometimes held postures), pranayama (breathing
practices), meditation and rest.
