The UK’s first children’s and young people’s bereavement charity, Winston’s Wish, is calling on all hardy souls to swim 50m in the freezing waters of the Sandford Parks Lido in Cheltenham on Saturday 17th February 2024. Why? All the money you raise will help us support grieving children, young people and their families.

Whether you are a hardened cold-water swimmer, fancy trying something new for 2024, want a laugh with your friends or hope to engage your team in a new and exciting challenge – then look no further than the Polar Plunge this February – all to support the thousands of grieving young people across the UK who rely on Winston’s Wish for comfort and practical advice when their worlds are turned upside down by bereavement.

Registration costs £10 and the minimum sponsorship is £50. The event is open to anybody aged 17 or older who can endure the chilly temperatures!
