Saturday 25th November 2023 / 10:30am – 4:30pm (at Artspace Cinderford)
Cost: £45 including materials.
We will have a photo selection of Egyptian sculptures and will have to exercise our 3D awareness to reproduce one in clay. As a starting point, we will discuss the examples of Egyptian art, it’s canons, subjects, and aesthetics. Using available photographs, we will reproduce a portrait or a figure in a small-scale using clay, which could be fired after it dries.
