Enjoy a unique experience this summer with Greenwoods Therapeutic Horticulture.
Each day immerse yourself in summer season on the farm alongside mindfulness and yoga in this rural setting.
Enjoy collecting fruits, vegetables and flowers, planting autumn seeds and bulbs and seeing the harvesting of the crop. An educational and fun experience full of outdoor play.
Mindfulness activities will be fun and relaxing helping you to manage emotions, improve your coordination and learn yoga poses you can practice at home too!
Taking place every Tuesday and Wednesday of the summer holidays for ages 5 – 11.
Tuesday 26 & Wednesday 27 July and Tuesday 2 & Wednesday 3 August
All sessions are 9:30am – 2:30pm for disabled and non-disabled young people.
