New for 2024 – Superhuman Triathlon
The event is aimed at all abilities and fitness levels. There will be two distances to choose from and the idea is to use anything you need to push and pull yourself round the course. Allow your imagination to run wild. From flying solo to a team with multiple participants, use and do anything you need to complete the course. The most important aspect of the event is that everybody has fun and achieves together.
Who can take part : Everyone is welcome. All we ask is that all solo entrants and at least one of the team participants has a disability.
The event is managed by with Sandford Lido Ltd (Registered charity #1052203).
Please Note : Please remember to register everyone taking part or assisting in transition as part of your super team when you book. As only those signed up as an official team member will be allowed on the course &/or in transition on the event day.

Solo Super £40
Team of 2 Super £60
Team of 3 Super £80
Team of 4 Super £100
Team of 5 Super £120
Team of 6 Super £140

SPL Superhuman Tri Super Sprint : Swim 150m, Bike 3km, Push/run 1km
SPL Superhuman Tri Super Super Sprint : Swim 300m, Bike 5km, 2km Push/run
Each Participant will receive a Medal and T-shirt
