Our charity exists to enable adults with disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions, to live the life they want. We have a range of services which provide high quality, person centred support enabling people to live an independent and fulfilling life. Services include Domiciliary Care and Out Reach Support, Supported Living (in both Cheltenham and Gloucester) ,The Garden Project and our Social Enterprise – The Portland Guest House.
In late 2023 we hope to open our Hub (final name to be decided by the people we support), which will provide learning, leisure and community activities in Cheltenham.
Some might know us as St Vincent’s and St George’s Association, in 2022 we changed our name to Aim Up.
