Hola, my name is Jose (Josefa) born in Spain. I believe in living a life free of judgment, filled with joy and gratitude. I offer community based yoga classes and bringing Therapeutic Chair Yoga Classes uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. The classes are Accessible – Inclusive – Adaptable – Effective, integrating fun yoga poses (asanas), breathwork (pranayama) and Meditation as part of the holistic techniques.
