  • Offer financial assistance where possible to remove economic barriers to participation.
  • Encourage and support diversity in casting and creative decision-making.

  • Providing equal opportunities for staff, volunteers, and participants.
  • Ensuring all staff and volunteers receive equality and diversity professional development

FITF has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, and bullying. Any concerns or complaints should be reported to a member of staff or the designated safeguarding officer. Reports will be handled confidentially and taken seriously.

This policy will be reviewed annually by the FITF team to ensure ongoing effectiveness and alignment with best practices.
