Frame running is an exciting, inclusive sport that’s gaining popularity among people of all abilities. If you’re local to  Gloucester and find walking tricky for whatever reason, frame running can open up a world of freedom, fitness, and fun for you. Plus, you’ll have the support of a friendly physiotherapist to help you every step of the way!

What is Frame Running?

Frame running involves using a three-wheeled frame, called a Frame Runner, that supports your body while your legs move freely. This adaptive sport is perfect for individuals with balance difficulties, providing a safe and supportive way to run or walk at your own pace.
