Sailability at FOSSC
Stroud

The Sailability section of Frampton on Severn Sailing Club (FOSSC) gives the opportunity for anyone to sail, whatever their physical or mental ability.

As an RYA Training Centre, we can train disabled sailors and volunteers to achieve certificates in both sailing and powerboating.

Sailability sessions run on Saturdays from April to October (excluding Bank Holidays), 09.30am to 12.30pm, using specially designed and adapted boats.

Sailabiltiy at Frampton on Severn Sailing Club (FOSSC) gives the opportunity for anyone to sail, whatever their physical or mental ability.  We want everyone to feel welcome, safe, and able to take part.  Sailability members are full members of FOSSC.

Our sailing boats are specially designed not to capsize and so are perfectly safe for sailing in most conditions (either solo or with an experienced buddy).

We have powerboats that are adapted to roll on wheelchairs and can be driven by a wheelchair user.
