A new group for people who have aphasia or speech difficulties after stroke.
ReConnect Gloucestershire in partnership with Mindsong.
Enjoy voice warm-up, singing, humming, percussion plus of course tea, cake and social time in the break.
Mondays at 2pm. Come along on one or more dates and help develop the group.
Beginning with:
13 and 20 May
3, 17, 24 June
8 July
then regular fortnightly dates TBC
Doors open 1.50pm at the Main Hall. Finish 3.15pm.
We will sing and have tea in the Upstairs Room above the Main Hall – this is accessible by lift or stairs.
Accessible parking on site. Visit CCA – Community Centre, Coffee Shop & Bar (churchdowncca.co.uk) for venue information. Note that the Brookfield Cafe which is on this site, closes at 3.30pm.
Led by an HCPC-registered Music Therapist. Donations welcome. Carers and partners welcome.
