ReConnect Gloucestershire’s nature group for people with stroke and/or long-term health conditions and carers. Come along on one or more dates to share common experiences, enjoy some time in nature and support each other. Social chat, outdoor time and nature connection activities. Optional gentle walks.
Regular meet-ups on Tuesday afternoons.

From 9 July we will be joined by Sarah Fotheringham, for a 6 week block of “woodland wellbeing” activities (cooking, foraging, growing, making, stories…)
Meet at 1.45pm at the reception/cafe in the visitor centre.
