Karate offers many benefits to children and adults alike. Classes are split into children and adults classes.
Learn traditional karate style Wado Ryu in a friendly, safe environment. You don’t need to be a strong person to learn karate, it’s about learning how to use body management not strength.
You’ll start as a white belt and work your way through grades to Black belt, learning techniques, movements, underlying principles to both, all based on self protection moves.
Every Tuesday – £9 pay as you go
6.25 – 7.50pm – all grades
Introductory offer £20 for first 3 classes. No membership fees.
