New class.
Starting on the 24th September at 10am.
Stonehouse Baptist Church, Gloucestershire road. (Opposite the Nippy Chippy)
Come along and have a go😊
Participants have their own chair and can either sit or stand during the class.
Our Community based exercise classes have received NHS recognition and awards. Classes are designed for older adults to maintain or improve fitness, strength, power, balance, resilience and wellbeing.
