Prosperity Care and Wellbeing invites you to join our Dance Movement workshop!

Dance movement is all about expressing yourself through movement, song and of course… dance!

This group workshop style session is a unique session that will explore different ways in which you can move your body to express your feelings and emotions. It will also incorporate different types of music such as Latin American, Pop, Afrobeat’s and so much more!

Come along, let loose, have fun, be creative whilst learning and exploring who you are and making new friends!

We welcome all abilities and are inclusive of all, however this is aimed at adults 18+ only.

When: EVERY Thursday (Starting 4th April) 

Starts at 12:30pm until 2pm. 

Where: JOLT Studios, 27 St Aldate Street, Kings Square, Gloucester

Level: Beginner, Intermediate

Please bring water and wear comfy clothing.

Tickets are £3, please purchase your ticket prior to coming to the session. You can pay online or cash on the door (offline payment). If you do book your ticket and are unable to come to the workshop, then please do let us know so we can release your ticket to someone else.

Carers/support staff are free.
