Have a Go is an inclusive school holiday programme in association with Gloucestershire County Council HAF (Holiday Activities and Food programme) with the aim of providing young people in receipt of free school meals access to music-making activities. Lunch is provided daily for all those attending. Through the 4 days, young people and children will gain experience learning through multiple music activities such as; Singing, Song-writing, Rapping, DJ’ing, Music Production and playing instruments, whilst having fun and making new friends. They will spend time learning how to set up/use equipment as well as creating new music/songs, working as a team and collaborating with other young people. Through these sessions, young people will develop social and musical skills, whilst building on their knowledge and self-confidence.
Places must be booked through the council website, which goes live on 1st December. In the meantime, please sign up to our waiting list by filling out this form and we will send the link out as soon it is live and you to secure your place.

*Please note that there are limited spaces available, so it is on a first come first served basis. Also, whilst this programme is targeted towards those on free school meals, there are a few spaces available for those who are not, so please do get in touch.*
