Join us in the woods to immerse yourself in nature, slow down, connect and learn. In these gentle and supportive sessions, we focus our attention away from stress and worries and towards the here and now, observing nature’s beauty and learning new, empowering skills. There is no charge for registering for or attending the sessions. […]
We create down-to-earth opportunities for children, families, individuals and organisations to experience the benefits of being outside in nature through Nature Play, Forest School, Bushcraft. Woodland Skills, Wellbeing sessions and training.
