Our free of charge online creative wellbeing sessions are for people who feel isolated, due to; anxiety, long term health issues, Disability, financial hardship or from caring responsibilities. Our sessions will offer a safe space to focus on self-care through, Creative journaling, mindfulness meditation and peer support.
Creativity is a powerful way to communicate our experiences! Through positive self-expression we can reduce stress and anxiety whilst building the confidence that supports better overall health and wellbeing.
Mindfulness and meditation similarly can have a big impact on our wellbeing. Regular practice can give us a sense of peace, balance, reduce stress and anxiety and help us to improve and maintain a healthy heart.
Online – our sessions will be held on zoom and will be between 1-2 hours long. If you are not digitally confident and need support to get online, we have partnered with Digital Inclusion organisations who can help!
