Hi, I’m Sarah (They/She). I endeavour to teach yoga which is accessible for everybody – regardless of ability, age, gender, or background. My classes are gender neutral, accessible for all physical abilities and free of diet culture. I like to describe myself as body positive, fat positive, Health At Every Size (HAES) aligned and part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am open and willing to learn about how I can make yoga feel good for you.
