ART FOR WELLBEING (monthly session) with Leah Marshall

Welcome a sense of wellbeing by reconnecting with your innate creativity.

You don’t need to know how to draw, you may not have drawn since you were in school. These sessions offer the opportunity to enjoy colour and shape in a way that perhaps you never have. Engaging with the creative process brings us into the present moment, offering respite from the stresses and strains of everyday life. This monthly therapeutic art class begins with a gentle guided meditation followed by creative drawing. There is no competition or expectation, just the offer of creative space to connect to your own creativity and gather with others for light hearted company. We look forward to welcoming you. Materials and refreshments are provided.
